Make it a Mile is a 4 week program designed to target the very beginner and help them get moving. This program will build confidence and is a great lead up to the No Boundaries program.

Make It a Mile is a four-week walking/running program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by completing one mile. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. At the end of the four weeks, you'll be able to complete one mile with a healthy, happy, and strong feeling. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace.
