At Fleet Feet Sports Meridian we love to get outside and RUN! But, even the most devout have difficulty with developing a consistent routine that enables us to meet our goals, like running our first 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, or Ironman. What gives!? You probably need better goalsQ Are they personal, realistic, specific, and measurable?
Ask yourself, what is the purpose of this goal? Think of a reason that is going to help you get up in the morning. For me, its my family. I want to live a long and healthy life to enjoy seeing my family grow and I know that consistent daily exercise is requisite.
